1. What did you like most about the service and/or final product you received from West Design?

I like that Diane was willing to look for specific solutions to fit my business. I also appreciated that she went the extra mile to learn new applications in order to meet my design needs.

2. What were your expectations before the project started?

Based on her portfolio, I expected that she would do a great job on the site design. Because she was honest up front about needing to gain more knowledge to fully meet my requests, I also expected that that the development process would be a learning curve. However, she definitely met the challenge and exceeded my initial expectations.

3. What were the three biggest benefits you gained from having West Design design your website and/or print collateral?

Three things - Professionalism, the ability to clearly communicate with me remotely, converting web development and design-speak into everyday terms.

Wisteria Gardens What a beautiful spot to call home for a few days while exploring the scenic Rogue Valley of Oregon! Or spend an afternoon or summer evening with friends and family celebrating in Wisteria Gardens’ beautiful park-like setting. The site West Design created gives center stage to the beauty of the venue and gives site visitors a glimpse of the ambience they will experience when they book their stay or event. Breakfast of Champions (BOC) Oakland, CA What this business networking organization really wanted was and online event registration system so that members could register online for the group's monthly breakfasts and pay by credit card. West Design fulfilled their request with a web application employing DotNetNuke, customized just for their needs. We also redesigned their website with a clean, professional interface to give members a single point-of-contact for information about the organization, meetings and special events, with a link to the registration system, of course. 	Rogue Valley Winegrowers Association West Design developed this new website for the members of the RVWA for the purpose of sharing information among themselves, as well as with the wine-loving public. The Tea Being The owner of this new online company wanted a site that would reflect the exotic nature of the award-winning teas she offers for sale. She also needed a site she could maintain and update despite limited computer experience. More Than Pearls A women's ministry outreach of a church whose site West Design designed and maintains, wanted a website that they could use to offer support and resources to women in the area who are "victims" of the sex industry.
